Ivone Patrão, is an Clinical and Health Psychologist, with Masters and PhD in Health Psychology (ISPA-University Institute). Family and Couple Therapist (SPTF). Associate Professor at ISPA- Instituto Universitário. Researcher member at Applied Psychology Research Center Capabilities and Inclusion (APPsyCI). Coordinator of the #GeraçãoCordão Project – with 3 areas: research, training and a consultation in the area of ¿¿online behaviors and addictions (www.geracacocordao.net). Presentation of scientific work at national and international conferences and to the general community. Publication of several scientific articles and books, in the field of Online Behavior´s, such as: Intervention in Cyberpsychology; Online dependencies; Geração Cordão: the generation that does not turn off; MISSION 2050 Game – Promoting the healthy use of technologies; Collection of Children's Stories about Self-Efficacy, Emotion Management, Self-Esteem and Body Image, Sleep Hygiene; and Dar o Salto: 10 challenges to be happy and productive.
